Please note:

• Payments made are non-refundable.
• We may not be able to meet request for same day booking and appointment.
• There will be additional charges in blocks of 30 minutes if the session extends past the scheduled time.
• We do not accept rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the appointment time. 
• All charges referred herein are denominated in SGD and are to be payable net of all withholdings, taxes, and charges of any nature.
• Should you arrive late to your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time of your booking.
